Description

Franklin Park and Philomont Community Center invite you to a socially distanced Halloween celebration! Wear your costumes and bring the whole family to decorate a pumpkin, vote for your favorite scarecrow, marvel at spooky decorations, and – of course – grab some individually-wrapped goodie bags of candy. There are two available time slots, each 1.5 hours in duration. Social distancing will be strictly enforced, and face coverings are strongly encouraged. Hand sanitizer and masks will be available for all patrons. Event will take place in the Franklin Park Pool parking lot.
